Michigan Wolverines Football Star Craig Roh Dead at 33
Ann Arbor, MI – May 15, 2025 – Craig Roh, a former standout defensive end for the Michigan Wolverines, has tragically passed away at the age of 33. Roh’s death has sent shockwaves through the football community, as he was widely remembered for his impactful career at Michigan and his contributions to the team’s defensive line.
Roh, who played for the Wolverines from 2008 to 2012, was known for his relentless work ethic, leadership on and off the field, and dynamic ability to disrupt opposing offenses. Over his collegiate career, he became one of the most recognizable figures on Michigan’s defense, compiling 133 tackles, 13 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles.
Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Roh joined Michigan as a highly sought-after recruit, and his journey in college football saw him rise through the ranks under various coaching regimes.
