Michigan Wolverines Sign 22 Student-Athletes in 2025 Football Recruiting Class
Ann Arbor, MI – May 15, 2025 — The Michigan Wolverines continue to build for the future, officially announcing the signing of 22 student-athletes to their 2025 football recruiting class. Head coach Sherrone Moore, entering his second year at the helm, expressed excitement about the new additions, emphasizing the talent, character, and versatility of the incoming players.
“This class reflects our commitment to excellence on and off the field,” Moore said. “We’ve brought in athletes who not only elevate our competitive edge but also uphold the values of Michigan football.”
The 2025 class includes a balanced mix of top-rated prospects across key positions, including quarterback, offensive line, defensive backs, and skill players on both sides of the ball. Several signees are ranked in the ESPN 300 and 247Sports Composite Top 100, marking this class as one of the strongest in recent program history.
Notable recruits include five-star quarterback Marcus Jennings from Georgia, four-star linebacker Tyrese Boone out of Florida, and elite wide receiver Jayden Carter from Michigan’s own backyard.
The Wolverines are hoping this class will build on the program’s recent success and maintain its status as a powerhouse in the Big Ten and on the national stage.
Michigan fans can expect these athletes to make an impact both during their time in Ann Arbor and potentially at the next level. Full bios and highlights of each of the 22 recruits are available on the Michigan Athletics website.
